To equip youth-serving professionals with practical tools and structured strategies to intentionally develop professional identity, leadership confidence, and career readiness in transition-age youth.

Youth in transition — whether preparing for college, workforce entry, or leadership opportunities — often struggle not with potential, but with identity clarity and direction.

Staff play a critical role in shaping that development.

These workshops provide a practical framework for helping youth move from uncertainty to professional confidence.

Grounded in the Discover Your PEAK framework — Passion, Experience, Attitude, and Knowledge — participants learn how to translate everyday interactions into intentional identity-building moments.

 

Through structured discussion, real-world scenarios, and applied reflection, staff gain strategies to:
